Antonio Menegatti
Managing Partner – Head of Training dept.
Proudly born in Ferrara, Italy, and motorbike lovers since 16 years old.He's one among the last heirs belonging to a dynasty believing in gentility and generosity.
He tries to be a triathlete.
He starts working with MIP – Politecnico of Milan immediately after his graduation. He lectures in Business Planning and Corporate Strategy in various MBAs and specific courses.
He’s advisor for Incubatore d’impresa – Politecnico of Milan. He takes care about brilliant start-up companies, directed to way out from incubator and being attractive for financing or acquisition.
He has significant experiences in multinational companies with high internationalization skills. He owned important roles with full responsibilities about entire business in EMEA and BRIC regions..
He’s member of different board of directors and consultant, involved in projects about following areas: finance, organization and investment evaluation.
In 2007 he established JTC Consulting
JTC School establishment comes from his strong personal interest, driven by high professional empowerment desire, and more than 10 years direct experience. Directly involved in training projects about leadership and public speaking.
He’s a JTC School coach.
He realizes training projects in different industries: Finance, Automotive, Energy and Luxury goods in Europe and Asia.

Matteo Radavelli
Clinical Psychologist and Mental Coach.
He works with the systems and the relationships that they comprise.He is first formed at the Cassel Hospital in London and currently at the Sant'Anna Hospital in Como, where he collaborates with the Clinical Psychology Division and the surgery of Preventive Medicine. He is specialist advisor for the professional empowerment service aimed at entrepreneurs of the province of Como.
In addition to clinical practice provides consulting and training in management and he’s a psychology professor at two schools training health and social. He strongly believes that soft skills are the modern discriminating for business success.
He has always loved sports and he works as a consultant in sport psychology with athletes and club, dealing with increased performance and group dynamics. He’s a psychology professor at the Italian Sports Centre.
He is member of the Psychologists Order of Lombardy with n. 14229.
Emanuela Pierantozzi
Trainer
Emanuela is researcher and professor at Genova university where she lectures in sport science. This activities entails the transfert of her experience about sport and being an olimpic athlete with enthusiasm and professionalism
(Emanuela won several medals in her experience, e.g.: 2 gold and 1 bronze in World Championship - 1 silver and 1 bronze in Olimpic Games - many others important results al European level).Through her strong passion about sculpture, she started another important adventure: sculpting the athletic body's beauty.
Graduated at "Accademia delle belle arti" in Bologna, she's still studying the "armony's way", yesterday with perfect technic discovering in Judo sport, today looking for material's beauty shapes.
Emanuela is a member of JTC School team since 2013 and is directly involved in Leadership and Dynamics group project.

Rik Dolcetto
Trainer
He likes to describe himself as a common man whit a bit of luck to do what he has always loved to do: professional rugby player.
Rik played in Italian national team and in many high level ones (e.g. Rovigo, L’Aquila and many more) with different rules and as captain as well, always with precise values: sacrifice, team approach and loyalty.
In 15 years he lived an amazing life giving him deep joy and some pains (not only in the body). This experience helps him in becoming the man and athlete he’s now.
A life school life still on duty.
