The JTC School team is willing to organize courses for personal development, in the business field, working as a coach for high seniority professionals (Executives, Top Managers and Entrepreneurs).

The method used, tested on the basis of extensive international experience, is extremely personalized and requires strong motivation and a conscious use of resources by the professional.

Taking a course with a JTC School coach is useful for those who want to:

    • The method includes:
  • meetings with the coach;
  • in-depth multidisciplinary activities (not only technical but, above all, practical);
  • verification of the results on a regular basis.


    • At the end of the course (which can last 12 to 18 months) the professional will have:
  • implemented a series of radical changes;
  • achieved the goals identified at the start of the activity (otherwise the course is not finished);
  • gained extensive professional experience.


    • In order to maintain the high quality standards of this activity, the candidates will have to take an aptitude test.
